Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Payle website at usepayle.com and its localized versions, operated by Payle Inc. (“Payle”, “we”, “us”). The website currently provides free AI tools and calculators, an AI Store catalog, pricing and product information, a blog, and early-access, contact and feedback forms. By accessing or using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Free tools and calculators

Our free tools (AI pricing calculator, token calculator, prompt cost calculator, comparison engine, savings calculator, ROI calculator, stack builder, usage simulator, team budget planner, subscription auditor, deal finder, cost tracker, AI vs human calculator, benchmark comparator and skill creator) run in your browser and require no sign-up. Your inputs and results stay on your device. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use these tools for lawful purposes.

Estimates and prices are informational only

Tool results, catalog prices and blog content are estimates provided for information and planning only. Retail prices, annual plans, model rates and Payle exclusive pricing are indicative, drawn from public list prices at the time of writing, and can change at any time. Nothing on the website is an offer, quote or commitment, and calculator output is not financial, tax, legal or professional advice. Always confirm final prices and terms with the provider before purchasing.

Early access and waitlist

Joining the early-access waitlist is free and creates no obligation. We use the email you provide to send invitations and product updates; you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee access to, or approval for, any future Payle service.

Payle financing (coming soon)

Payle is building a financing service that, when available and where you are approved, lets you use approved AI tools while paying over time: Payle exclusive pricing around 25% below retail on approved tools in the AI Store, $0 today and three equal monthly installments at 0% APR on the standard three-month plan, restricted to approved AI merchants. This description is a summary of the intended offer, not an offer to extend credit. Financing will be subject to eligibility, identity verification and credit approval, and to a separate agreement that will govern at that time. Payle does not guarantee that any application will be approved.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website: do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with or disrupt the services, scrape the catalog or content at scale, reverse engineer the tools, submit unlawful, infringing or malicious content through forms, or use the website in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The website, its design, content, blog articles, tool logic, logos and trademarks belong to Payle or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You keep all rights in the information you enter and in the outputs the tools produce for you. Except for your personal, non-commercial use, you may not copy, distribute or republish website content without permission.

Third-party AI tools and links

The AI Store catalog and comparison content refer to AI tools and services offered by third parties (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Cursor and others). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is governed by those documents. Payle is not a party to, and is not responsible for, transactions between you and third-party providers.

Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payle makes no warranties about the accuracy of estimates, the availability of the website, or the suitability of any tool or content for your purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payle (including its officers, employees and agents) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the website, its tools or third-party services referenced on it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer protections.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the website and services evolve. The latest version is always published on this page with its effective date. Material changes will be highlighted where we can reach you; continuing to use the website after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Payle Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer based in the European Union, the United Kingdom or elsewhere, the mandatory provisions of your local law continue to apply and nothing in these Terms waives them. Before any formal proceeding, we encourage you to contact us at tos@usepayle.com so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

Disclaimers

Payle is not a bank. Payle is a technology company currently in development and is not a bank, lender, broker-dealer, investment adviser, payment institution, money transmitter, or insurance provider. Payle does not currently accept deposits, hold customer funds, issue cards, provide payment accounts, extend credit, execute trades, or provide investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Any financial products or services described on this website are illustrative and may not be available. If Payle launches financial features, they may be offered through appropriately licensed and regulated third-party partners. Those partners, rather than Payle, may be responsible for custody, payments, banking services, lending, brokerage, investing, card issuing, compliance, and customer support. Availability may depend on jurisdiction, eligibility, identity verification, underwriting, partner approval, and applicable laws.

No application, account, card, approval, rate, yield, reward, balance, transaction, insurance coverage, or other financial outcome is guaranteed. Product names, descriptions, pricing, limits, fees, rates, eligibility requirements, partner relationships, and regulatory arrangements may change before launch or may never be offered.
