Privacy Policy

Who we are and the scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Payle Inc. (“Payle”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use the Payle website at usepayle.com and its localized versions. The website currently offers free AI tools and calculators that run in your browser, an AI Store catalog and pricing information, a blog and guides, a changelog, and early-access (waitlist), contact, feedback and security-research forms. We do not sell your data, and we collect only what is needed to run these services and keep them safe.
Information you choose to give us
When you join the early-access waitlist we collect the email address you provide. When you use the contact, feedback, bug-bounty, press or demo-request forms we collect the name, email address and message content you submit. If you later apply for Payle financing services once they launch, we will collect the identity, eligibility and payment information needed to process that application. We never ask for passwords, and the website does not process payments today.
Free tools are processed in your browser
Our free calculators and guided wizards (pricing, token, prompt cost, savings, ROI, stack builder, usage simulator, subscription auditor and the others) run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter and the estimates they produce are stored only in your browser's local storage so your work is not lost, and they are never uploaded to our servers. Nothing you calculate on this website is transmitted, sold or used for advertising.
Usage analytics (only with your consent)
To understand how visitors use the site and improve it, we use Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) and PostHog. These tools collect aggregate usage data such as pages visited, tool and wizard interactions, language and theme preferences, and referral information. We configure Google Analytics with IP anonymization and do not enable PostHog autocapture. Analytics only run if you grant consent through the cookie banner, where you can accept or decline each provider separately. Analytics never collect passwords, payment details or the content you type into forms or tools.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your requests, send early-access invitations and product updates when you join the waitlist (you can opt out at any time), improve the website and tools on the basis of aggregate analytics, prevent abuse and keep the site secure, and comply with legal obligations. We never use your data for advertising profiling.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions: hosting providers, our analytics providers (Google and PostHog, whose US cloud hosts our analytics data, so usage data may be transferred outside the EU), and the email service used to deliver waitlist communications. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of Payle, our users or the public.
Data retention
Waitlist and contact data is kept for as long as needed to run the program or respond to your request, and deleted when you ask us to. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's retention settings and is aggregated. Where financial regulations apply to data collected for financing services, we retain it for the period required by those regulations.
Your rights (GDPR, CCPA and others)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw any consent you gave. To exercise these rights, email privacy@usepayle.com; we respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, and if you are a California resident you may contact us about your CCPA rights at the same address.
Children
The Payle website is not directed to children under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact privacy@usepayle.com and we will delete it.
Data security
All traffic to the website is encrypted in transit using TLS. We collect as little data as possible, restrict internal access to personal data to people who need it, and require our service providers to apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the website and our services evolve. The latest version is always published on this page with its effective date, and we will notify you of material changes where we have a way to reach you (for example through the waitlist email).
Contact and data controller
Payle Inc. is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email privacy@usepayle.com. For questions about cookies and analytics, email cookies@usepayle.com; for all other legal questions, email legal@usepayle.com.
